Finally, the Brooklyn School of Law has Tackled the Prosecutorial Discretion Issue. Is it Prosecutorial Abdication?

I believe my view has been rather vigorously stated against the latter in numerous raised objections.

My position again has been “Prosecutorial/Investigative Discretion” are the three scariest words for economic and democratic health.

Otherwise, rule of law is moot, and becomes a fertile breeding ground for tyranny to overcome and then subsequently, prevail.
